How should I take PK+?
PK+ can be used in two ways depending on your routine:

Take 1 capsule 15–30 minutes before sexual activity. - For regular use:
Take 1 capsule before bed each day.

The standard serving is 1 capsule.
For individuals weighing over 80 kg, the current PK+ usage guidance recommends 2 capsules.

Can I take PK+ every day?
Yes. For regular use, the current PK+ directions recommend taking 1 capsule before bed each day.
When should I take PK+ before sexual activity?
